Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website (www.boardwraps.co.uk) and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
Acceptance Of Your Order
Once you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase an item from us.
We will acknowledge your order by email as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our ‘Cancellation Policy’ below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and BOARDWRAPS UK will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that an item ordered is out of stock, or that a line is discontinued or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. In any event of a product being unavailable, we will inform you.
Furthermore we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website.
Payment
All of our items are priced in UK pounds sterling, but will exclude delivery charges (all UK delivery charges are added before your final chance to accept the transaction. ( Please telephone +44 (0) 1623 749713 for a quote for shipment outside the UK). The total cost of your order will be the price of the products plus delivery.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. We may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
Payments will be taken via the PayPal payment gateway which accepts most major credit and debit cards. Payment is deducted when we process and despatch your order.
All items remain the property of BOARDWRAPS UK until payment is received and cleared in full.
We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal Merchant services a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure BOARDWRAPS UK uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.
Delivery/Shipping
All our UK deliveries are generally despatched via Parcelforce, TNT or DPD. Stock designs will be shipped within two working days.
Bespoke designs will be despatched as soon as all artwork has been approved and generated.
International shipments generally take between 7-21 days depending on location, however, this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to individual circumstances and locational logistics.
To gain a more accurate timescale please call or email to discuss individual shipping on all international orders.
Damaged Items in Transit
In order to be considered for a refund or replacement goods, you MUST report damaged goods to us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Shipping your board to us for a wrap installation
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser for all shipping costs in relation to shipping a board to BoardWraps UK for a wrap installation. BOARDWRAPS UK accept no liability for any board arriving damaged at our place of work following shipping. Any damage claim must be taken up by the purchaser with the appropriate shipping company selected by the purchaser at the time of despatch. Upon completion of a wrap installation, we will contact the purchaser with shipping costs in relation to returning the board back.
Copyright Liability and Responsibility
Unfortunately we cannot under any circumstances print any registered logos, trademarks, images or other copyright material, unless we have the complete permission from the owners. It is the sole responsibility of any customer who sends in artwork for inclusion on a wrap, to ensure that all content contained within the artwork, has full usage rights and permissions. Neither Boardwraps UK or Creativefive, will take any responsibility or liability whatsoever, for any images or artwork supplied by a customer, which breaches copyright law.
Limitation of Liability
We make no warranty that this website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or is compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. The content of our website is presented on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary. Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.
Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction
This website is controlled and operated by BOARDWRAPS UK in the UK. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Intellectual Property and Right to Use
This website is owned by BOARDWRAPS UK. All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written and other materials on our website are copyrighted to BOARDWRAPS UK and its authors, designers, photographers etc. All worldwide rights are reserved. This site and its contents may only be used for personal non-commercial use. Any reproduction in whole or in part of our website is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of BOARDWRAPS UK.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. We may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website.
Cancellation/Returns Policy
Boardwraps UK respect and abide by the laws governed by the Distance Selling Regulation.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel a contract (often referred to as the “cooling off” period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges as long as the item is returned unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging it left us.
Should you have a problem and wish to return an item then please email us at sales@boardwraps.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a Refund Code Number for your product. Please indicate the reason for your return and put ‘Refund Code Request’ as the subject of your email. Once you receive a Refund Code, be sure to wrap your package securely. Include your name, address, phone number, and a copy of the receipt and email with your return package. Write the REFUND CODE ON THE PACKAGE IN CLEAR VIEW and on the copy of the sales invoice inside the package. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official refund code number will not be accepted. All return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, used or installed onto a board. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and before disposing of the original packaging. Please be aware that all item(s) must be returned with its original packaging.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer our returns policy on custom designed wraps (other than defective or damaged goods). It is therefore very important that you ensure you look over any proof carefully before giving us authorisation to print and produce.
We will not offer a refund due to the poor installation of your boardwrap. It is therefore essential that you read the installation instructions carefully to avoid this problem. Should you feel the installation to be beyond your capabilities, then you should utilise the installation service offered by Boardwraps Uk.
ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED TO:

If you are entitled to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties. International customs duties and sales tax are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility. Reimbursement of post by us will only be given in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected.
Gift Vouchers/Cards
Redemption
Gift Cards must be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products only on www.boardwraps.co.uk
Limitations: Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
Fraud
Boardwraps UK will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.boardwraps.co.uk
Limitation of Liability
BOARDWRAPS UK MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD CODE.
