Once the wrap is printed, laminated and ready to go, we will send your wrap on a guaranteed by 1pm delivery within the UK*
Deliveries to and from some Scottish and BT postcodes are 1 extra day.
All our UK* deliveries are via Parcelforce. Stock designs will be shipped within 2 working days.
Bespoke designs will be despatched within 2 working days of all artwork being approved and generated.
*United Kingdom delivery includes Mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland only.

Damaged Items in Transit:
You MUST report damaged goods to us within 3 days of receiving your package.
Shipping your board to us for wrap installation:
If you wish for us to install your wrap then please ship your board to us directly. It is the responsibility of the purchaser for all shipping costs related to shipping your board to BoardWraps UK. After we have completed the installation we will contact you with shipping costs to return your board back.

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however should you need to return your item for any reason we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
The 30 day period begins on the date that your item is despatched from our premises. All return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and all merchandise must be returned in a resalable, unused condition, with all original components.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer our returns policy on wraps (other than defective or damaged goods). It is therefore very important that you ensure you look over any proof carefully before giving us authorisation to print and produce. After you approve your design via email we will process your order and ship out to you.
If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged within 5 days of arrival, please email us at sales@boardwraps.co.uk to inform us of the issue at hand.
